 ARTIST BIO:

 Brendan White is a Grammy-award-winning artist whose performances feature a wide range of classical and contemporary piano repertoire. Brendan is based in the L.A. area, where he collaborates with orchestras, chamber ensembles, and solo artists. He is a featured musician on Danaë Vlasse’s Grammy Award-winning album, 'Mythologies'. Brendan performs solo recitals celebrating new composers and historically overlooked masterpieces. His collaborations include performances with with the Eastman School’s Musica Nova, Vicente Chamber Orchestra, Global Harmony Symphony, Jackson Symphony, Symphony of the Verdugos, and more.  As one of Piano Sphere's Emerging Artists, he has worked with notable composers and conductors including Thomas Adès, Alma Deutscher, Alan Pierson, Donald Crockett, and Steven Stucky.

 A Tennessee native, Brendan studied at the Eastman School of Music and University of Southern California’s Thornton School of Music. In addition to his performance career, Brendan is passionate about music education and teaches students of all ages. He is an original member of the annual Sunset Chamberfest in Los Angeles, which features the work of young composers in Southern California.

ARTIST BIOS: 

Johana Krejci graduated from the Prague Conservatoire in Violin Performance under the tutelage of Prof. Nora Grumlikova. She was accepted to the Royal Academy of Music and studied in London with Prof. Trevor Williams. She continued her studies at the university of Southern California in the class of Miss Eudice Shapiro. In the summers of 1989 and 1990 Johana participated in the Los Angeles Philharmonic Institute. Johana has traveled the United States and the world with her violin playing with various groups. She has made California her home where she teaches and performs. Johana likes working with musicians and likes to contract musical groups. Apart from playing, she is the Personnel manager of the Los Angeles Jewish Symphony.

Valeria Morgovskaya, pianist, graduated from the Kiev State Conservatory. Since her immigration to the US in 1990, Ms Morgovskaya has been in high demand as accompanist for singers and all orchestral instrumentalists. She has been an official accompanist to festivals and courses such as Piatigorsky Cello Seminar and Beverly Hills Music Festival, and has performed throughout the US, Germany and Japan, as well as on numerous radio broadcast. She has provided accompaniment for many national and international competitions, and was an official accompanist at Schoenfeld International String Competition in Hong Kong (2013) and Harbin (2014). Ms. Morgovskaya is currently staff accompanist at Loyola Marymount University and UCLA, and is often engaged in that capacity at USC, Cal State Long Beach, Colburn School, Montecito International Music Festival, Academy of the West and Idyllwild School of Music and the Arts.
